Yes. We work for homeowners, owners' associations, property managers, companies, healthcare practices, contractors and developers. We tailor our approach to the client: from a personal consultation at home to project-based execution according to the construction schedule.

After a no-obligation conversation we survey the situation on site. You then receive a clear quotation with fixed prices, itemised per component. For larger projects we work with well-organised sub-quotations per discipline, so you see exactly what each part costs — no surprises afterwards.

Every situation is different, so we only quote a price after a survey on site. What always applies: fixed prices in the quotation, clear options and one point of contact. So you know exactly where you stand in advance.

Certainly — that is our strength. Construction work, installation technology, glazing and specialist components are carried out combined, with our own team and regular partners. You deal with one point of contact; we safeguard planning, quality and coordination between all disciplines.

That depends on the project and the municipality. Much work (such as balcony glazing or internal renovations) can be done without a permit, other work cannot. We advise you on this and, where necessary, take care of the application and the associated documentation.

That differs per scope: sliding glazing has an average lead time of 6 to 10 weeks and is often installed in one day; renovations and installation projects are planned in clear phases. You receive a schedule in advance and we stick to it.

Warranty per component, recorded in the handover file — for example 10 years on the Lumon system and glass, and manufacturer warranties on installations and materials. In addition, Suppco itself guarantees the workmanship, also after handover.

Yes. With a tailor-made maintenance contract we take care of planned maintenance, periodic inspections and testing, and you get priority for breakdowns and repairs. We also carry out one-off maintenance — from sealing to installation faults.

Yes. For practices and clinics we build according to the applicable standards and guidelines: from air handling with HEPA filtration and positive pressure to medical gases, isolation transformers with zoning and the IGJ file. Installations are inspected and delivered validated.

We work from Werkendam (near Rotterdam) for private clients in the region (Noord-Brabant and Rivierenland) and carry out commercial and medical projects throughout the Netherlands — from Delft and The Hague to Almere and Amsterdam.
